Pixi Server Architecture

The Pixi server library is a dynamic link library that must be hosted in a developer created hosting environment.  This can be a Windows Service or Console application.

The client  side library contains an abstract class named ClientNetwork that the developer derives a custom made class from to communicate with the server.  This class contains services the developer can use to easily pass messages to and receive messages from the Pixi server.  The following diagram illustrates the pieces of the Pixi server framework.

See the Quick Start for further information on how to use the Pixi server framework.
